If you have not received your Income Tax Refund then kindly do below mentioned process once

(After doing this you might come to know whether it is pending due to any specific reason or specific action pending from your side)

Step 1
Login to Income Tax portal and Go to My Profile > My Bank Accounts Check whether bank account is Validated and if Validated then Nominate it for Refund

If Bank account not added then add Bank Account or Error in validation then revalidate it with correct data
Without bank validation refund will not be credited to your account
If it shows validation failed then kindly update KYC data in bank and then again add that bank account with correct details if Bank account is validated then you can go to step 2

Step 2

Check whether PAN and Aadhaar were linked, without linking of PAN and Aadhaar ITR will not get processed, if linked go to step 3

Step 3
Check whether ITR processing get completed or not
Refund will be issued by CPC once processing of ITR is completed, if your ITR is processed then go to step 4 to check Refund Status

Step 4

You will come to know following from there
Whether refund has been sent to your nominated bank account
(If it was sent to your nominated bank account then through AIS you can find date of payment, Refund Amount & mode of payment)
And still refund is not received then kindly go to Step 5 to know further details

Step 5 

Login to Income Tax portal and Go to e-File > Income Tax Return > View filed Returns Go to View Details, Here you can see whether "Refund issued" with Mode of Payment, Refund Amount and Date of clearance or "Refund failure" with Reason for failure, Date of Communication and Email ID or "Refund kept on hold" with link for Response to Outstanding Demand, Date of Communication and Email ID if there is any previous demand was outstanding then kindly check Step 6

Step 6 

If Any Demand is outstanding then you can check it through Pending Actions > Response to Outstanding Demand Here give your Response whether you are agree with demand or not Based on Your Response your Return will be processed
